A General face-stock including paper, PP, PET, and fabric.
* Paper:
Thermal transfer printing is cheap, and good printing effect printed by common wax ribbon.
Direct thermal printing, no need TTR. Printing content can be survived for up to 2 years.
Digital printing, suitable for speed production for large quantity orders. Its price is higher than the other two.
* PP: Good texture, waterproof, price is a little higher than paper. It can be printed by high-class wax ribbon.
* PET: Good texture, waterproof and acid and alkali resistant. Its price is higher than paper and PP material.
* Fabric Materials:
Nylon: Cheap price, with good printing effect. Printable nylon material is more expensive. Available with perforate line.
Polyester: It is close to fabric, softer than nylon, and price is a little higher than nylon. Printing effect is based on the textile density. Printable material is more expensive, especially QR/barcode printable.

A Cold cutting, also called flatbed die cutting, is suitable for nylon tape.
Polyester normally be cut by heat cutting or ultrasonic cutting. Heat cutting will cause uneven edges problems.
And the mainly cutting method is ultrasonic cutting and laser cutting.

A Flexible RFID Tag consisted of two parts: raw material and RFID inlay. It needs to be stored in 10℃ - 30℃ degree and RH20% - 60%. Do keep the package sealed before usage. RFID tags must be applied at room temperature, storing for at least 10 hours if the working environment is out of room temperature range.
Flexible RFID tags can be stored in temperature between -198℃ to +150℃ with special facestock and adhesive.
RFID tag working temperature is -20℃ to +80℃, therefore, we can’t guarantee RFID tags’ performance when temperature out of this range. And standard RFID readers only work at room temperature as well.

A Flexible RFID Label and RFID Card are two standard formats as windshield tag.
They are widely used for highway toll collection, parking lot access etc. Heat resistant, chemical resistant, anti-oil, anti UV and waterproof etc. are required due to the working environment.
Furthermore, as some applications involve authentication, payment etc., special requirements for EPC memory and encryption levels are needed in such case.

A Liner is a disposable material which supports RFID tag for roll to roll packaging. Normally two types liner are widely used: plastic material and paper with silicone coating.

* Paper silicone coating can be adjustable based on the required release force.
