1), Plastic housing RFID tags, by screw installation or insert into plastic container/turnover container barrel.
For example, compliant with the VDA standard KLT turnover box, the RFID tag is inserted into a slot and can be replaced after a cycle, or the code can be rewritten.
2), Screw installation, durable, anti-collision Laminated PVC tags, generally, the previously used tags to be replaced by using to insert card, and the tags are replaced every time when the turnover box is recycled.

A RFID substrate materials usually by PET and PI, paper and fabric. They are good for etching process with great chemical resistant performance and ideal hot-shrinkage rate. With E-printing circuit antenna, the substrate come to paper and some high-density fabric or textile which are easy to find.
* PET: Most popular substrate which is steady and cheap, limited shrinkage and deformation during thermosetting solid process in FLIP bonding.
* Paper: Both printing antenna and die-cutting Al antenna usually use paper substrate. It is eco-friendly and tamper proof. Disadvantage includes fragile and water absorption.
* PI: Suitable for both Al etching and Cu etching. It is with outstanding performance, steady, heat-resistant, and chemical-resistant. However, its price is high.
* Fabric: Mainly used for silver, graphene and other new e-materials printing antennas. Its disadvantage includes antenna is easily broken.

* RFID Hang Tag: Embedded RFID inlay into the hang tag, easy to use, and won’t affect the hang tag design.
* Fabric RFID Tag: 2-10 times washable. It solves the trouble that RFID tags or RFID hang tags are easily missing.

1), RFID plastic housing tag and locker seal tag, which are durable, IP69 and with excellent electronic performance, are suitable for long-time working in harsh environment.
2), JYL-TECH RFID sucker tags can activate metal container as its antenna. This allows the tag to be read omnidirectional.

A General face-stock including paper, PP, PET, and fabric.
* Paper:
Thermal transfer printing is cheap, and good printing effect printed by common wax ribbon.
Direct thermal printing, no need TTR. Printing content can be survived for up to 2 years.
Digital printing, suitable for speed production for large quantity orders. Its price is higher than the other two.
* PP: Good texture, waterproof, price is a little higher than paper. It can be printed by high-class wax ribbon.
* PET: Good texture, waterproof and acid and alkali resistant. Its price is higher than paper and PP material.
* Fabric Materials:
Nylon: Cheap price, with good printing effect. Printable nylon material is more expensive. Available with perforate line.
Polyester: It is close to fabric, softer than nylon, and price is a little higher than nylon. Printing effect is based on the textile density. Printable material is more expensive, especially QR/barcode printable.

A Cold cutting, also called flatbed die cutting, is suitable for nylon tape.
Polyester normally be cut by heat cutting or ultrasonic cutting. Heat cutting will cause uneven edges problems.
And the mainly cutting method is ultrasonic cutting and laser cutting.

1), The RFID tags used in non-metal automotive parts are usually PET face stock and strong glue, It can be waterproof, dust-proof, and chemical resistant.
