  • Q What is the used antenna technology? Laser die-cut Al? Etched paper/Al? Graphene ink? Or other method?

    A Both laser die-cut and mechanical die-cut are by aluminum.
  • Q Can logo be printed on the antenna?

    A Sure your logo can be printed on the Aluminum Antenna design. But you have to bear set up cost of new printing board around 800USD - 1200USD.
  • Q Due to the complexity of the industrial environment applications, what factors need to be considered?

    A The factors need to consider as follows:
    Application environment, temperature, humidity, indoor or outdoor use, pressure, and anti-collision.The material of the tracked object (such as metal, wood, plastic, carton, etc.), size, material, installation method, etc.
    Electrical performance: reading and writing distance, direction, and group reading requirements.
    Variable data, numbering, encoding, Logo printing, etc.
  • Q Can JYL-TECH offer patent to Eco RFID tag?

    A Yes, we have patent by our partners, all these processes had been proofed by big clients in Europe and US.
  • Q Can different RFID chips share the same antenna design?

    A Definitely not. But the same serial of RFID chips could share the same antenna if their technical specifications are all the same, like IMPINJ MONZA R6 and R6-P, and NXP NTAG21X serial chips.

    A Production capacity to laser die-cut is 35 million monthly.
    Production capacity to mechanical die-cut  could be 150 million monthly, and 4-6 months later all antenna is made by aluminum.
