B), Square IC: Its the upgraded of round IC. 3.5mm square module encapsulation with better stable performance, withstand high temperature of 400 ℃, resist various chemicals and liquids, higher pressure resistance. More thinner 1.1~1.2mm.

A PI substrate RFID tag usually used for high-temperature or low temperature resistant environment, cooperating with high temperature resistant encapsulation material. The processing temperature range is -40℃~+280 ℃. It is commonly used to track the harsh production process or applications, like the plating and spray paint process in auto industry that is challenging chemical and high temperature reactions.
